Return & Refund Policy
At Oler Perfumes, we value your satisfaction and take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. This Return Policy explains when and how you can return or exchange a product.
1. Conditions of Return
We accept returns or replacements within 7 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:
• Returns are valid only for perfume products (not beauty or accessory items).
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and samples intact.
• Returns are accepted in cases of manufacturing defect, product mismatch, or damage during delivery.
• If a product has been opened or used, it will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
• International orders are non-refundable once shipped.
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method:
• COD (Cash on Delivery): Refunded to Oler Perfumes E-Wallet (Processing Time: 1 working day after returned item is received)
• Online Payment: Refunded to Credit/Debit Card (Processing Time: 7–10 business days after approval)
• Online Payment (Order canceled before shipping): Same as original payment (Processing Time: 2–3 business days)
If a prepaid order is canceled before shipping without a valid reason, a 2.5% processing fee will be deducted.
If an order is shipped and then returned, a AED 25 courier charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at infoolerperfumes@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Our customer support team will arrange for inspection and replacement or refund as applicable.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchange only for identical replacements in cases of damage or defect.
Exchanges for alternative products or fragrances are not permitted once a product is delivered in good condition.
